Today’s episode is all about IBS. IBS is NO JOKE… but the way it’s being treated is. By that, I mean masking symptoms but not getting to the root of the problem.
Often we think of IBS as just the “bathroom” symptoms. And those are nothing to be taken lightly (constipation, diarrhea, bloating, gas, abdominal pain...)
But IBS (aka poor gut health) can be SO MUCH more…It is also low energy, poor moods, brain fog, sugar cravings, weight loss resistance, anxiety, depression, pain (even fibromyalgia)
